Valley Moves -

Adult & Family activity programmevalley moves

A programme of activities for adults and chilren under 6 years old in the Seaton Valley area is currently running. Seaton Sluice Community Association, Seaton Delaval & Holywell Community Association Seaton Delaval Arts Centre and Seaton Valley Sure Start all host a range of activities including ZUMBA, Just Jhoom and exercise classes!

Youth programme

A programme in Seaton Valley for young people has been running with great success with all activities FREE OF CHARGE. Activities include Skipping, Street Dance, Multi Sports and Hula Hoop dance.

Ability to play

Since 2005 Blyth Valley Arts and Leisure has successfully delivered a disability leisure inclusion project, Ability To Play in South East Northumberland. The project offers a range of play and sport activities both during term time and school holidays for children aged between 5 – 17yrs. Move-it Dance

MOVE IT community dance deliver a range of dance and fitness activities throughout the South East Northumberland. You can access further information by clicking on the Move-it Dance section.

Northburn Community Centre

Northburn Community Centre is situated in Cramlington and has a wide range of activities from week to week for all ages and abilities. You can view the current timetable of activities or contact Amy Foggett for more information.

Paddle sports

If you are interested in trying some paddle sports and would like some more information you can view current paddle sport sessions here.

Climbing club

Climbing Club will be taking place at Concordia leisure centre on Thursdays from 4 pm to 6 pm. This activity is for young people of all ability levels. Starting soon we will be delivering the National Climbing Wall Achievement Scheme for participants. For more information please contact Luis Perales while there are still places available.

Multi Sport Club

Multi Sport sessions currently include Football, Basketball, Cricket and Dodgeball. However we are always looking to incorporate new sports and will cater for the demand of the group.
