Boot
Camps
Boot camp style activity sessions designed to give the
participant a whole body workout, as well as promote healthy
lifestyle changes.
Training will be delivered by highly qualified fitness
professionals to provide a positive environment for participants to
achieve their health improvement goals – at an affordable

Circuit Training
Circuit Training is an adult body
conditioning class which combines resistance training with
high-intensity aerobic exercises.
This ‘classic’ class is always a favourite
with regular exercisers.

MEND
MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition…Do it!) is a social
enterprise dedicated to reducing global overweight and obesity
levels.
We help children and their families become fitter, healthier
and happier by offering free healthy living programmes in the local
community.

Boxercise
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training
concepts boxers use to keep fit.
Classes involve a variety of activities
which might include shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting
pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. These
classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness
standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an
opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
