Make-a-move deliver a wide range of
community activities for all ages and abilities. You can use the

The Valley Moves programme of activities has been very
popular and has recently been updated for the new year. There are
activities for people of all ages and abilities within the
Seaton Valley area.

This class aims to provide new parents with an opportunity to
get back into the routine of regular exercise. The class is low
impact and suitable for all fitness levels and abilities and has
been developed to incorporate the babies into the exercises which
makes it extremely sociable and rewarding to parents and babies

Buggy Fit Boot Camp is an activity for parents with babies in
buggies who want to get more active. If you need ‘gentle
encouragement’ to push yourself, then this could be the class for
The exercise class that has gripped the nation. Suitable for all
ages and fitness levels, we have a number of classes in many
These outdoor exercise classes deliver a full body workout,
consisting of cardio and resistance exercises. Whatever your
fitness level you are sure to have a great workout!
Note: these classes do not run throughout the winter.
Boxercise is an exercise class based on
the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.
Classes involve a variety
of activities which might include shadow-boxing,
skipping, hitting pads, kicking punch bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs
and sit-ups. These classes are aimed at men and women of all ages
and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of
an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
