Book and pay for activities online
Can anyone use online
bookings?
No, to use the online bookings system, you
must hold a Blyth Valley Acess to Leisure Card (BVAL card) or
be a registered user. Once registered you will be issued with
a unique log in and pin number. Please contact reception at
any one of our centres for more details about becoming a registered
user or to be issued with your log in and pin number if you are
already on our database.
How to use our online bookings system.
- Click on to our online bookings page.
- Select the site that you wish to book your activity.
- Enter your unique log in and personal pin number.
- Select a date for your booking - note if you are a current BVAL
card holder you can book up to 14 days in advance. If you are
a non cardholder (or registered user only) you can book up to 7
days in advance.
- Select your activity and time slot.
- Pay for your booking using our secure, Worldpay payment
system.
- Your booking will be confirmed.
Payment and refunds policy
All online bookings must be paid for, in full, at the time of
booking. Once payment has been made and the booking is
confirmed it cannot be changed and no refunds will
be given. Please contact the centre direct for
assistance - in exceptional circumstances refunds are given at the
discretion of the management.
I want to book an activity that doesn't appear in the list of
available activities. What do I do?
Not all our activities are available online. If the activity
you require is not on the list please contact the centre
direct.
What is the latest I can book an activity online prior to its
start time?
You can book up to 30 minutes before the court or class
time.
How many online bookings can I make each day?
You can make up to a maximum of 5 online bookings per day.
